No wonder,video of Policemen demanding bribe keeps popping up.
The type of rot that goes on in my beloved country Nigeria.

The Government has to make the environment comfortable and conducive for its workers
It will also encourage complainants to really believe that "Police is their Friend " and they are not just there to take bribe from the highest bidder.
